We will always do our best to deliver impeccable quality. However in the event of the goods arriving damaged or being faulty please contact us within 5 days. We will cover the postage for standard delivery and will exchange the goods if possible or refund your payment. If there is any visible damage to the packaging on receipt of the delivery please take a picture and ask for a written confirmation from the delivery service.
Delivery time usually is 5-10 working days within Switzerland and 10-15 working days outside Switzerland but cannot be guaranteed. Your order will be dealt with as quickly as possible. The prints will be sent by A-Post either in a robust card board tube or in a strong card board envelope.
