We will cover the postage for standard delivery and will exchange the goods if possible or refund your payment. Delivery time usually is 5-10 working days within Switzerland and 10-15 working days outside Switzerland but cannot be guaranteed. Your order will be dealt with as quickly as possible. The prints will be sent by A-Post either in a robust card board tube or in a strong card board envelope.
